The organization activities fall into seven categorizes namely Education, Water, Agriculture, Health, Environmental management, Spritual witness, Advocacy and Disaster management.

a. Education
- Ensure that there is conducive learning environment in primary schools.
- Conduct refresher training/seminar to school teachers, school committee.
- Procure and give support all educational materials to the poor.
- Support school building construction, school supplies, uniforms, recreational centres and refreshers courses for teacher.

b. Health
- Increase community knowledge on immunization, Pre- and post natal care, sanitation, nutrition, medical checkup, TB, Malaria, Chronical disease, family planning, oral rehydration, community health.
- Supervise immunization activities to USC and WBA.
- Maintain and rehabilitate community health centers, first aid kits, prosthetic aids clinics and dispensaries.
- Evaluate the implementation of health activities in the program.
- Community access to preventive means and care of HIV /AIDS and Malaria

c. Water
- Plan and supervise water activities in the area like clearing wells, water tanks storage, deepening ponds, distilling and purification of spring and rain water catchments.
- Community sensitization on National water policy and its implementation.
- Rehabilitate and improve water source infrastructures.

d. Agriculture
- Plan and supervise all agricultural activities and ensure house hold income.
- Look for food and cash crops market.
- Supervise and advise on the improvement of livestock activities.
- Community sensitization on proper utilization of land and environmental protection.

e. Environmental protection
- A forestation, Supply of saplings, education and awareness of environmental issues, recycling

f. Disaster management
The organization focus on disaster mitigation and response for natural and manmade disaster and rehabilitation programmed. Through trainings, community mobilization and sensitization on disaster management.

g. Advocacy
- Focus on human lights.
- Community sensitization on balances.
- Community knowledge on the importance of girl child education.
- Effects of child abuse.
